The top benefit for the American online streaming giant is the good impression on the minds of the subscribers. Moreover, given the popularity and watchability of the sitcom, viewers would like to watch the show again and again. By providing accessibility to Arrested Development, Netflix could prevent its subscribers from leaving as well.

Given Netflix’s frequent cancelation policy, viewers are afraid of starting a new show. However, keeping the show in the library would make them believe the show is here for a long time now. And thus, it would attract more audience as well. It adds positivity to the future of the streaming platform.
