Selena Gomez took to TikTok, asking people for respect over mental health issues, but it has led to mixed reactions from fans.

Fans in War Over Hailey Bieber and Selena Gomez After the Singer Posts to TikTok, Seeking Respect Over Mental Health Issues

After last week’s drama, a new fight has erupted on social media over Selena
Gomez and Hailey Bieber. Celebrities throwing shade at each other is nothing
new, but the modern world has put it in the spotlight, with fans teaming up on
each side. For the Wizard of Waverly Place actress, the rivals may be new, but
the topic remains the same.

Selena Gomez recently took to TikTok posting two back-to-back comments, asking
her fans to be kind to everyone following the consistent drama. She began by
thanking her fans, followed by revealing how she has been having a tough time
but hopes for the best for everyone. Popbase forwarded these on their Twitter,
which erupted into a war of words between the fans.

The real drama began after Justin Bieber’s marriage to Hailey Bieber,
[https://netflixjunkie.com/netflix-news-i-wasnt-afraid-anymore-selena-gomez-opened-up-about-her-illustrious-split-up-with-ex-boyfriend-justin-bieber/]
and her increased closeness to fellow models. It all began with a video by the
model and Kendal Jenner, which fans of Gomez took as a mockery. Back then, the
signer confirmed the mockery by thanking fans for taking her side, while Bieber
claimed that the video was not meant to throw shade at anyone.

This led to several back and forth, with fans assuming that Hailey Bieber has
body shamed the singer by mocking her weight gain as well as her eyebrows.
Defending their own idols, this is what fans have to say about the ‘Rare’
singer’s latest post.

FANS PLAY THE BLAME GAME AFTER SELENA GOMEZ POSTS, FOLLOWING THE DRAMA WITH
HAILEY BIEBER

Hailey Bieber and Selena Gomez tried to make peace initially by posting photos
together. But peace was never an option. Selenators blamed Kylie Jenner and
Bieber for bullying Gomez by mocking her eyebrow mess up, although they claim it
was a video to promote makeup products.

Then there are those calling Gomez out for playing the victim after igniting
such issues. Apparently, Bella Hadid was also dragged into this fight for being
Bieber’s friend. She deleted a photo after Gomez commented on it and used the
model’s filter before.

One commentator called her manipulative, while others called her sweet for
defending someone who bullied her. Some also questioned the ‘Baby’ singer’s
silence over it all. The entertainer had planned to take a break from social
media, but that likely didn’t pan out. Meanwhile, Hailey Bieber has not
commented on the issue ever since.
