“Love is…late,” wrote Netflix and many of us felt the depth of the sentence, both figuratively and literally. Apparently, the streaming giant promised fans a live stream of Love is Blind. It is one of Netflix’s fan-favorite shows. However, because of the technical glitch, the live stream got delayed, leaving fans frustrated.

Love is Blind is the American OTT platform’s 1 of only 2 shows that aired live. Prior to this show, reality shows were available on traditional networks and broadcast networks. However, the streaming giant made it possible to stream Chris Rock: Selective Outrage on the 4th of March, live without a glitch. Nevertheless, this time when fans tried to access the live stream, they could not reach it. The stream got delayed by an hour.

Netflix promised fans the live stream would start within 15 minutes of the glitch. It also promised the viewers the show would be worth the wait. Ultimately, it apologized to the viewers for the delay and promised to give them a recorded version of the reunion, too.

The Netflix Original series features couples that propose before seeing one another. While contestants find the love of their lives, fans could not find patience during the delay. Before this glitch, Netflix has been already facing backlash because of the changes in the policies. While losing subscribers on one hand, this glitch added the reason to the fandom’s list not to rely on the streaming giant.

Because as soon as they found out about the delay, fans started to voice their feelings.

To watch the show, they had canceled their plans; some woke up early while others planned their days accordingly. Fans could not accept the delay and started trolling the streaming giant while trying to control their frustration.

Not only did they voice their impatience, but they also trolled the American streaming giant. Fans from all over the globe were waiting eagerly for the show to stream. They even thought it was their network that had problems. But as it turned out, it was not for an individual, but for the entire world.
