Fans Are Convinced Sadie Sink Is Going to Dominate the Cinema With Her Next Feature ‘O’Dessa’
It would not be until the fourth season of Stranger Things that Sadie Sink would impact the viewers. A spotlight on her character, Max, was long due. And she finally had the moment to shine in the fourth installment of the Netflix Original. Her nuanced performances made sure that she was indeed a part of the Emmy conversations.
Unfortunately, she didn’t receive an Emmy nod, but her stellar performance did not go unnoticed. She was immediately cast in Darren Aronofsky’s The Whale. Starring alongside Branden Fraser, the poignant tale about an overweight dad and her daughter won Sink a critics choice nomination. Her fans are now certain that is going to bag the Emmys in 2023 with her leading role in O’Dessa.

The team has earlier worked on Patti Cake$, which was Jeremy’s directorial debut. The 2017 Palm Springs Film Festival has already bestowed the director with a Directors to Watch award. While she will begin her year with O’dessa, the actress will soon return to Stranger Things to begin filming for the fifth and final installment. She has also recently opened up about her first kiss with co-star Calen McLaughlin.
Since her resume includes a Broadway show, too, we think she will feel right at home on the sets of O’dessa. What do you think?
