Taylor Swift’s 2012 interview with Ellen DeGeneres has resurfaced recently. While most of the talk show’s episodes are shared for their light fun, this one was rather grim for both the singer and her fans. As per NY Post, the High Low with EmRata host said, “This is so f–ked up. She’s literally begging her to stop.” Back during the interview, the singer was in her early 20s. During her episode on The Ellen Degeneres Show, the host kept asking the Ivy singer, questions about her dating life. 

The singer was shown her photos along with different celebrities and asked to ring a bell if she dated. Swift was not keen on playing the game. Hence, the host took over the bell and kept ringing the bell as different top-tier celebrities were shown on the screen. The singer seemed uncomfortable almost to the point of crying and exclaimed, “stop! It makes me feel so bad about myself every time I come up here you put like a different dude up there on the screen.” 

She also complained about how there are never two same guys shown on screen as she reappears as a guest. The interview was highly criticized by swifties for upsetting the young artist Although Swift did return to the show after that.
