How Harry and Meghan are cousins?

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are connected with each other due to one person named Ralph Bowes, who lived from 1480 to 1518. Ralph had two grandchildren called Sir George Bowes and Bridget Bowes. As quoted by Daily Mail, Sir George Bowes was an ascendant of Queen Elizabeth II’s mother, Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon. Since Harry is the grandchild of the late monarch, he is also connected to Ralph Bowes.
