She deciphered the underlying meaning of the quote. According to this expert, the message is that the couple doesn’t need the Royal Family anymore and they are okay without them.

These two are creating their own community. This, according to Levin, is the meaning of the first half of the quotation. While the second part says the Sussexes want to be known globally without the help of the Royals. But they cannot do so, said Levin, because if they could, they would have done it already.
