Netflix’s Rebel Moon is crazily awaited because Zack Snyder wrote, directed, produced, AND shot the movie! The Rebel Moon cast and the summary are so interesting, fans can’t wait for the release date. It’s a story about the people of a galaxy, who send a woman among them to seek out warriors from other galaxies to protect theirs from intruders. Netflix has released the star cast of the show and it looks stellar.

Netflix announces Rebel Moon cast

Following the summary of the movie that was released in 2021, Netflix has released the accolade-studded cast of Rebel Moon. It stars Ed Skrein, Fra Fee, Rhian Rees, and Cleopatra Coleman—all of whom have acted in sci-fi movies before. Rupert Friend was the supposed lead, but Ed Skrein recently replaced him.

Ed Skrein is known for his work in Deadpool, Alita: Battle Angel and Game of Thrones. He replaced Rupert Friend, known for, Hitman: Agent 47, and the series Homeland. Rupert was removed following scheduling differences with the production.

Fra Fee found popularity with his acting skills in Les Misérables. He later shone in Animals, which made it to the Sundance festival, and Hawkeye. Rhian Rees is a British actress who is known for her movie Halloween. Cleopatra Coleman needs no introduction. She is known for her role in The Shadow of the Moon on Netflix and other TV series.

Zack Snyder co-wrote the story with Kurt Johnstad, who also co-wrote 300 with Snyder and is known for Atomic Blonde, and Act of Valor. The third co-writer is Shay Hatten who co-wrote Army of the Dead and Army of Thieves with Snyder. Rebel Moon is the ultimate union of talent.

Zack Snyder is hardly unknown to anybody. He is known for making sci-fi or action-adventure films that revolve around superheroes or comic books. He is best known for Justice League, 300, which was a filmmaking marvel, Man of Steel, and Batman vs Superman. Zack is famous for meddling with the aspect ratios of his movies. This is because he wants people to see it in the ratio it was shot in.
