Netflix has a lot of coming-of-age series with a tinge of sci-fi in it. One such series is Chosen, a Danish thriller, sci-fi series, starring Malaika Berenth Mosendane, Andrea Heick Gadeberg, and Andreas Dittmer. The series follows Emma, a teenager that stands out in the small Danish town she hails from. Since its release, the show has attracted a lot of attention. And now fans are wondering if there will be a Chosen season 2 of the show.

Chosen season 2 release date

Season 1 of the show was launched recently, so it’s difficult to report anything about Season 2 till now. However, season 1 left us in a cliff-hanging ending and keeps the viewers rooting for more. What will happen in the next season?

Season 1 of Chosen had an open ending, where Adrian shows Emma her true self; turns out she is also an alien like Lukas. Emma found Lykke dead. She then escaped and headed to aurora-like dreamland. Thus, in season 2, we can predict Emma will try to find more species just like her and reconnect with the old group. We may also see love blossom between Emma and Marie. However, the most important question will be if Emma ever can return to her home planet?
