Big Win! Meghan Markle and Her “Scripted” Archetypes Named Top Entertainment Podcast Host by Gracie Awards
Ever since parting her ways with the royal family, The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle for herself engaged in various socialist activities. In an attempt to attain financial independence from their royal base in the United Kingdom, the Sussex couple tried their hands at various trial projects. Although a few of them did not see much of daylight, most of them were award-winning global hits of their kind. Their explosive Netflix docuseries, Harry & Meghan, for instance, along with Markle’s eye-opening Spotify podcast, Archetypes were the two horsemen.
While controversies knew no bounds to criticize the Duchess with various allegations against the podcast, she backfired it all by winning a popular award of all time. However, that was not all of it. As reported by their Archewell foundation itself, Gracie Awards presented by the Alliance before Women honored the Duchess for her remarkable work.

The award show announced Meghan Markle, the Duchess, as the top Entertainment Podcast Host for Archetypes. As the official report by the foundation reads, the podcast revealed a “discerning narrative” with Markle and the world-renowned personalities as her guest.

While all of them explored groundbreaking narratives through sensitive and stereotypical topics, the podcast kept climbing the charts all over the globe. Having debuted in the US as the number one in its category, it went on to gather fans from countries like the UK, of course, Australia, Ireland and New Zealand, and others. In total, the podcast received a collective fanbase from about 47 countries worldwide.

In her acknowledgment message for having received the prestigious award, Meghan Markle thanked the Alliance for Women in Media Foundation. “This is a shared success for me and the team behind Archetypes,” wrote the Duchess, accrediting all of her success to women. Not to forget the “inspiring guests” who joined her each week. Starting from close pal, Serena Williams from the very first episode to Trevor Noah at the last, it almost became a celebrity hotspot for all the months the podcast thrived on the charts.
