Barbie will show a lot more of Ryan Gosling than just his tanned abs. The actor with his beach blonde look is set to team up with Margot Robbie for bringing the toy world of Barbie and Ken to life. Although the shoot is still ongoing, photos of their makeover look have kept everyone on their toes. Both are expected to set the cinema on fire with their attractive looks and potentially amazing chemistry.

While the plastic doll has remained iconic through generations, not much attention was paid to her partner Ken. However, a latest photo of Gosling has now intrigued fans about his character and looks. Director Greta Gerwig has added to the excitement by assuring there is a lot more to see about Gosling in the movie.

The internet went wild when photos of Ken from Barbie first dropped, but that’s not all that the film will showcase. Director Greta Gerwig was excited to share, “I couldn’t say, but it’s a lot — it’s a lot, it’s a lot,” that fans can expect to see from The Notebook actor. The first official photo of the movie showed Gosling in a chiseled look, orange spray tan on 6-pack abs looking his perfect doll self.

Gerwig attended the Governor’s Award function recently, wherein she spoke to Variety. “I’m thrilled“, the director said as a response to all the positive reactions people have been giving to Gosling’s look and consumes.

Margot Robbie was equally excited to see her lead co-star in a new light. There was also a leaked photo of Ryan Gosling from the sets. The director assures us that there is more to it in the movie than what we have seen so far.

The live-action comedy movie also casts Will Ferrell, Kate McKinnon, Michael Cera, and Issa Rae. Meanwhile, the director is not denying the chances of the movie turning into a full-blown series since that would depend on the success of this original one.
