Arnold Schwarzenegger has always been someone who aims for the win. The remarkable bodybuilding career that to date has him decorated with the label of the ‘Greatest Bodybuilder’ of all time is a testament to this. Then comes his career in Hollywood and as the Governor of California, Schwarzenegger has remained a cut above the rest. And given how a majority names him as their inspiration, it is only normal for his son to follow his lead. And Joseph Baena has chosen to do just that.

The Terminator actor has five kids. One of them being his son Joseph Baena. While most of Schwarzenegger’s children are used to having the spotlight on them, Baena is once again in the red light zone as he finds himself in a million-dollar lawsuit at the mercy of the court.

The Austrian Oak has talked about the value of family in his life, be it adjusting to having Chris Pratt as his son-in-law or spending time with his grandkids. However, this time around, Schwarzenegger has found himself in a negative light again as his son, Joseph Baena, is being sued for 1.5 million dollars. According to Radar Online, the plaintiff has sighted “great mental, physical and nervous pain,” as the reason behind his huge demand. According to the plaintiff, identified as Takaloo Saam, Baena was involved in a car accident in 2021, causing great harm to Saam.

It is unclear, however, why Schwarzenegger’s production company has been brought into the lawsuit. But Arnold Schwarzenegger and Baena’s team have denied all charges in court, and are fighting back. The accusations, however, are not one to go away lightly, as Saam’s team has argued that he may suffer from a permanent disability owing to Baena’s carelessness.

Baena is not the first one from Arnold Schwarzenegger’s family to find himself in court owing to a car accident. Just a year back, Arnold Schwarzenegger found himself in a car accident that lead to a woman being heavily injured. Although it is unclear if she sued him or not.
