Chrissy Teigen tweeted calling out the Oppenheim Group for the real agents of Selling Sunset about whom she had never heard. And we all know the power of Twitter to rile up people for trivial things. The tweet spread like wildfire. As a result, Chrissy ended up sowing the seeds of doubt unintentionally.
Chrissy gave her opinion after the first season had dropped on Netflix on March 21, 2019. Other Twitter users came out to support Chrissy. Some viewers’ doubts about Chrishell being an actor were especially intriguing as she was a professional actor before she turned to real estate.
Response of the Selling Sunset cast
Jason Oppenheim, the founder of the Oppenheim Group, acknowledged Chrissy’s tweet and was grateful to her for completing the show. However, in the deleted tweet, he also taunted Chrissy by saying “Regarding your agent’s knowledge of members of my team, I respectfully don’t know him either, although that doesn’t mean he isn’t successful and didn’t just sell you a stunning home in Weho (seriously, I love your new house).”
