Henry Cavill’s return to the DC Extended Universe was one of the most anticipated comebacks. While people are celebrating and enjoying the British actor’s return as Man of Steel, Cavill is still clearing out the rumors of his return announced during the Comic Con held in San Diego. In an interview with BBC one, the actor revealed how he was convincing people around him that he will not be a part of the Comic Con. Cavill also talked about how he had to keep his return a secret.

The British actor said, “All the rumors were coming out whilst I was working. Then obviously having the other secret in the back of my head. I was just like, “Ah, I’m just going to have to ride this one out and see what happens.”
Furthermore, the Enola Holmes actor revealed that people were disappointed in not seeing him at the Comic Con and how he was asking them to be patient till the time comes. Elsewhere in the interview, Cavill spoke about his upcoming project alongside Millie Bobby Brown, Enola Holmes 2. Recently, Cavill even announced that he will no longer play the role of the Geralt of Rivia in Netflix’s hit show The Witcher.
