Following his deal of $300 Million many fans assumed that the actor might be gearing up to buy Ottawa Senators. The Vancouver-born star has long shown an interest in acquiring the team that will connect him to his nation. Adding fire to those speculations, he attended the Senators’ home game against the Philadelphia Flyers last month. However, the sources have revealed that his wife Blake Lively isn’t quite happy about him wishing to spend that money on purchasing a new sports team.
According to Radar Online, Blake Lively is not in agreement with Ryan Reynolds about buying the Ottawa Senators. She is furious that the Deadpool star is determined to spend all the money he received by selling the stakes of Mint Mobile. And yet again on a sports team when he had already invested a big amount in Wrexham AFC.

The insider also claimed that the 46-year-old superstar has “fallen short” of the promises the actor had made regarding taking more care of his kids. Therefore, there is a chance that he might not take over the hockey team if he wishes to make his wife happy.
