While Hamilton geared up for his race at the Saudi Arabia GP 2023, Will Smith garnered attention at the Jeddah grid. The former F1 driver and British sports commentator, Martin Brundle, made his way to Smith. He asked the star whom he was supporting in the race. As expected, Smith showed his open love for Lewis Hamilton in the race. As it turns out, Smith hasn’t been asked to be in the movie as of yet. “But I would love to,” he said. The actor ended his statement by pointing out at his own stomach. He joked about how he may have to work on his gut if he wants to star in a racing-themed movie. He has been on a roll since his Saudi Arabia visit, attending a luxury Camel competition first and now an F1 match.

A little sneak peek into the Formula 1 movie
Brad Pitt and Lewis Hamilton are set to make a highly anticipated Formula 1 movie. Back in October, the F1 racer even spoke and expressed how he has high hopes for the flick. AppleTV will co-produce this super thrilling endorphin-filled movie. It is supposed to revolve around a retired racer who returns to the track for mentoring a young star. A lot of resources and technology from Top Gun: Maverick will reportedly go into the making of the movie. The shoots will begin in the second half of this year.
