The famous Karate Kid expanded its universe with a spin-off series back in 2018. The original Daniel LaRusso, Ralph Macchio, who starred in the famous 1984 action coming-of-age drama, played the same kid years after the fight with Lawrence in Cobra Kai. As the show geared up to wrap its last season, the makers got busy with another project revealed in early 2019, titled Obliterated. After a shift from TBS to Netflix in 2022, the makers geared up for an exciting comedy series featuring eight episodes.

The creators just dropped brand new updates to further ace up the excitement about their upcoming project, Obliterated.

The high-stakes action-packed thriller series will navigate the life of an intelligence team facing threats in the Sin City. Obliterated is set to take the viewers on a comedic relief mixed with a thriller on November 30th, as per the latest updates by Netflix. Along with the date, Netflix also released the first look of Obliterated. Set up in a bright Las Vegas setting, the group was seen in action. While two actors carried one team member in their arms, another actress was running through a crowded casino.

While the streamer has barely given a peek into the world created by the Cobra Kai makers, it looks deliciously chaotic. The eight episodes will be split between the co-creators and producers Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg. Announcing the cast back in 2022, the Cobra Kai makers promised a classic blockbuster.
