Netflix has been constantly churning out content for kids. An animated series that has captured the hearts of the young audience and their parents is Ada Twist, Scientist. Inspired from Andrea Beaty and illustrator David Roberts’ 2016 children’s picture book of the same name, the show’s creator is Chris Nee and executive producers are Michelle and Barack Obama. After a successful season 1, the series is back with a fresh season.

Chiefly, Ada Twist, Scientist features an eight-year-old science enthusiast, who is curious  to discover the truth behind everything around her. Thus, she explores people around her with the help of her two friends Iggy and Rosie.

Being one of the executive producers, Michelle Obama was undoubtedly excited about the release of the 2nd season of the Netflix series. She shared her excitement via a tweet on January 26th 2022, formally announcing the release of the new season.

However, this is not the first time the former First Lady of the United States shared her joy over the animated series. During the release of the previous season, she had shared tweets to announce the series release and her motivation for producing it.

Ada is a pint-size eight-year-old girl with a giant-sized curiosity. Throughout her journey, her two best friends, Rosie Revere and Iggy Peck, always accompanied her. The three friends solve every problem with brainstorming and exploration. Adda Twist, Scientist by Chris Nee, will inspire young kids to solve their own problems with an open mind and heart.
