The 41-year-old is a proud father of two daughters with Eva Mendes. And the actor recently talked about how two of his recent projects have been mostly for his kids. Albeit receiving only moderate box office success there is no denying that it represents beautifully how fatherhood changes a person.

Blue Valentine is one of Gosling’s best works and earned him a Golden Globes nomination. The movie is a beautiful depiction of how one doesn’t necessarily need to have their kid in order to be a parent.
