His one controversial comment came back at Kanye West with a lot of chaos. When these controversies were at their peak, he got a finalized divorce from his now ex-wife, Kim Kardashian. While the American rapper was just dragging the attention of people to his now-married life, a blast from the past came to the surface and it once again threw him into the legal battles.

The former Adidas partner owns a private school named Donda Academy. According to the report by TMZ, Ye has once again faced a legal slap for his academy. Allegedly, two faculties from the Academy sued Ye and the institution for two major reasons. One of which is that the academy only serves sushi to the students.

They do not even allow students to bring in food from outside. The two female teachers revealed when they joined the academy, they were the only employees of color earlier this year. However, they soon noticed violations of health and safety policies. The school followed some extremely unusual rules with unlawful education practices. While spending $10,000 on sushi per week, there is no other food option available for the students.

What else the school owned by Kanye West did to invite a lawsuit?

The former Adidas partner does not even allow crossword puzzles, nor does he allow coloring sheets in the academy. Moreover, because Ye is afraid of stairs, he does not allow classes to be conducted on the second floor. The Chicago rapper even did not allow students to use forks or utensils as well. Reportedly, students are not allowed to come to the school wearing any kind of jewelry or putting artwork on the wall because Kanye West doesn’t like it. What the teachers meant by extreme rules added no chairs for the students. They have to sit on foam cushions or they can stand.

And as for the teachers, they can also stand or use a stool for themselves. Moreover, the doors of the schools are kept locked, not allowing students to leave until it’s time to go home. Nor do they have a janitor or a nurse in the school. The school also does not follow a planned structure to discipline the students, which resulted in bullying and violent action by the students. When the teachers tried to speak up about it, they got fired.
