The property that he once purchased right opposite to ex Kim Kardashian’s house has been let go at a major loss.

Celebrities often buy properties as investments, but Kanye West faced a loss on his. According to Dirt, the rapper has taken a loss by selling his Hidden Hills mansion. Property records reveal that the property has been sold at $4.25 million, with Ye bearing a loss of $250,000. The house was purchased about 18 months ago for $4.5 million after he and his ex-wife Kim Kardashian first separated. Although the price is exclusive of taxes and other charges.
He moved on the same road as the Kardashian mansion to co-parent their four kids and manage things easily. But as per a source, he never spent a single night at his new purchase. The entertainer had also purchased two ranches in Wyoming which are now left in the dust. The rapper is likely working his way back to his old lifestyle after the cheques stopped coming in due to controversies.
But these multi-million dollar purchases are still pale in comparison to his Malibu beach house.
