It has been an entire year since Henry Cavill announced his departure from the Netflix original, The Witcher. However, fans are yet to move on from the magic he created on the show. The series, which was already on the receiving end of fans’ wrath owing to its lack of fidelity to the original source material, faced even more backlash following Cavill’s exit. To substitute the absence of Cavill, fans are casually tossing around the idea of having Taylor Swift in The Witcher. 

Swift, who is currently enjoying her new ‘Love Story’, found herself in the avatar of a popular The Witcher character. Thanks to Artificial Intelligence, fantasy lovers can now immerse themselves in the fantasy of Swift joining Lauren Schmidt Hissrich’s cast.

A month back, Funny AI shared some AI-imagined pictures of the ‘Shake It Off’ singer taking on the role of Ciri. Played by Freya Allan, Ciri embarked on a spiritual journey to transformation. From a shy, emerald-eyed chrysalis to becoming a fierce warrior, the princess of Cintra went through an epic metamorphosis on the show. While Swift may never appear in The Witcher, she did pull a ‘Ciri’ in real life. 

Swift has been through several upheavals in both personal and professional life. She stepped into the industry as a bit of a wallflower and is one of the most successful pop stars in the world today. From dealing with the reputation of a “serial dater” to being bullied by the big players in the industry, Swift fought her way through all the challenges like a “superhero”. It is starting to make sense why she is the top choice for the role of Dazzler in the Deadpool franchise.

Ciri is not the only character fans imagined Taylor Swift playing. A few days back, a fan page re-imagined her as the X-Men superheroine on Instagram.

There have been numerous rumors and speculations regarding the casting of Deadpool 3, starring Ryan Reynolds. However, none of the speculations gained as much traction as the one with Taylor Swift. Even though both Reynolds and director Shawn Levy chose to not give air to the rumors, the internet kept the rumor mill running. An Instagram page shared a fan art imagining the singer as Dazzler which further added fuel to the fire. 

Kode Abdo was the man behind the popular fan art that took social media by storm. The pictures featured Taylor Swift in a sparkling bodysuit with blue and silver jewels, creating the perfect superheroine look. Though there has not been any confirmation of whether the speculations have any truth, this casting decision could definitely turn the movie into a massive box-office hit.
