All Lucifer season 6 photos before Netflix release date
Here are some photos from Lucifer season 6 that you can check out before the new installments are available on Netflix.
Lucifer is a fantastic crime-drama series that debuted on FOX in January 2016. Its story is based on a DC Comics character from The Sandman, namely, Lucifer Samael Morningstar. The series tells of Lucifer Morningstar, who moves to Los Angeles from Hell to run his own nightclub. Tom Ellis is the iconic star of this popular series, playing the devil.
Lucifer first debuted on FOX as we mentioned, but Netflix owns the series now. That’s because FOX canceled Lucifer after three seasons because of the low viewing rates. However, fans were craving more action, and they started a campaign to bring Lucifer back to life. Netflix heard their voice and decided to acquire Lucifer. They first released the fourth season in May 2019, then came the fifth one in two parts, in August 2020 and May 2021. Netflix’s initial plan was to end Lucifer with season 5, but they decided to do one last season, which marked the second rebirth of Lucifer.

Alright, let’s cut to the chase. We don’t exactly know when Lucifer’s sixth and the last season is coming to Netflix. However, we’re almost sure we won’t have to wait for too long. Normally, we would expect to wait for a year after the release of Season 5B, however, they already finished filming. They wrapped it up at the end of March, which leaves the crew with an ample amount of time to work on post-production. It generally takes around six months, therefore, we can say Netflix might drop Lucifer season 6 by the end of 2021. However, it’s a little bit optimistic, and not strategically good as Netflix has a stacked lineup for Q4 2021. They will release Money Heist season 5, The Witcher season 2, and many more popular installments. Netflix would want to give those series some time to be celebrated on their own. So, we can expect them to release Lucifer season 6 in early 2022.
