In season 2, couples spoke more about their previous relationships than in season 1. For instance, Malory and Sal arguing about his ex visiting his sisters, or Jarrette and Iyanna discussing how they felt about being friendly with ex-partners. Season 2 of Love is Blind featured some dramatic scenes centered on past relationships.

Season 1 couples were more certain about getting married

In season 1, from the start of the series, couples appeared to be happy and strong. Whereas couples were more unsure of themselves in season 2, and even by episode nine, people were having doubts about their significant others.

They discussed rings more in Love in Blind season 2

Kyle presented Shaina with his mother’s ring, a significant gesture complicated by the fact that she did not share his hopeful outlook on the future. Sal even told Mallory that he was aware of her desire for a gold ring, which she, unfortunately, did not receive from him. As a result, engagement rings were a hot subject in season 2 compared to season 1.
