Henry did not know many things about Will Smith before reading the book

As a result, when the actor finally decided to go ahead and publish the memoir he wanted to do it with the utmost perfection. And in the process of refining his book, Will asked his close friends and family to give him opinions on the manuscript of the book.

While popular authors like Jay Shetty wanted Will to be more open and understand his audience while writing the book. It was Will’s younger brother Henry who gave the highest word of confidence to The Fresh Prince. While talking about how detailed and revealing the book was about Will’s life Henry stated that in the book there were instances that even he did not know about.

“I’ve learned more about Will through this book than I ever knew,” said Henry. He went on to share how the book was an eye-opener even for him. And that he found the process of once again knowing some you grew up with a fascinating experience. Certainly, all the effort and time put into the book helped it to become one of the bestsellers of 2021.
