A Yeezy employee is suing West for non-payment, which his Yeezy company supposedly owes her. As per TMZ, court papers have been acquired which reveal the facts of the suit so far. The report states that a former employee by the name of Dora Szilagyi had left Adidas to work with Yeezy upon Ye’s request. She was given the title of Director of Product Innovation and even had a contract in place in case of her sudden removal.
The contract stated that upon being fired after 21 September 2021, the company would pay her a severance amount of $275,000. Just months later on December 2021, she noted being removed from her job without a reasonable cause. But the abovementioned amount was never compensated by the company which Szilagyi suspected would happen. The complainant feels that the defendant lured her to his Yeezy company through this assurance, after asking her to leave Adidas.

But this is not the only employee-related suit that Ye has faced. After the barrage of his comments and public uproar, employees came ahead asking for remuneration.
Ye’s former manager also filed a compensation case against him
Donda’s former CEO Thomas St. John filed a suit for a whopping $4.5 million after he accused Ye of nonpayment of his professional fees. The content of their contract mentioned a two-year payment guarantee, which was not followed through. He had reportedly given up on other opportunities after the company agreed to pay a monthly fee of $300,000. Upon being asked about the case, Ye stated that the complainant was wrong to think he would ever get paid so much. As for the new suit file by Szilagyi, it will be seen how things proceed.
