However, the entrepreneur who was once a billionaire lost a chunk of his wealth and more after separating, not only from Adidas but also Balenciaga and GAP. In addition, the 2024 presidential candidate also claimed that his bank accounts are being frozen. Now, he blames Adidas for it and states the reason why.

Kanye West states why Adidas is to be blamed for his frozen accounts

Did Adidas have a hand in freezing Kanye West’s bank accounts? That is what the creative designer is saying now. Ye invited a cameraman to his studio in Crenshaw and said, “If the FCC was looking at my money, there would be a possibility that Adidas wouldn’t have gone into JP Morgan Chase and froze my account… and put $75 million hold on four different accounts.” He also added how he went from being a multi-billionaire to being unable to use his Apple Pay.

Adidas, who were reviewing their relationship with the Gold Digger singer, gave a statement before parting ways which said, “Adidas will stop the Adidas Yeezy business with immediate effect.” The German company could not risk having continued relations after his antisemitic take. The rapper, who lost his 2020 elections, states that he ran again in 2024 so that FCC would look into his money and, in fact, help him with the frozen accounts.

Meanwhile, he is also focusing on his Donda Academy, which was shut down after his risque comments. The singer who is known for spending big is suffering from losing a sizeable amount of money in a short period but has continued to speak out his opinions.
