Henry Cavill once had to train intensely for his Superman in Man of Steel. In the same way, Jackman is making himself stronger and healthier for Deadpool 3. To make himself stronger, the actor not only has to follow a strict workout routine. But he also has to follow a strict and calculated healthy diet. On his recent appearance on This Morning, The Son actor opened up about his healthy eating habits. He said his diet was a breakdown of fat, protein, and carbohydrates.

He doesn’t question anything that his trainer asks him to eat. He takes 600 grams of carbohydrates and 270 grams of protein. While he didn’t remember the exact amount of fat, he admitted having a certain amount of fat as well. “I have to eat that food for the day,” said the Logan actor. So, even if he doesn’t want to finish everything that’s on his plate, he just has to.
While talking about his character, he also remembered how ignorant he was when he first played Wolverine.

In the X-Men series, Wolverine has been one of the most important mutants. However, when the Australian actor first signed up for it, he wasn’t physically Wolverine-ready. Therefore, the director of the film had to hide his body constantly in the first X-Men movie.

However, his shirtless scenes in the film were shot after he became physically fit. Therefore, when we saw him covered in the shirt with a cigar in his mouth, it was the director hiding his body. However, by the end of the story of Wolverine in Logan, the actor had changed himself physically into a beast-like human.
The last film of the series, Logan, saw the death of Wolverine. However, Jackman assured the director of the film that they would not spoil the ending by bringing him back from the grave.
