Hollywood’s relationship with Halloween is now at a high tide. As our favorite celebrities are busy donning mirror costumes of famous characters, the internet is elated. The Halloween horrors are actually the magic portal to the season of festivity. And finally, the Wrexham AFC Duo Ryan Reynolds and McElhenney are back together to set the festive lights on. The Hollywood prodigies have previously shaken the world with their iconic takeover of the Wrexham AFC.

Ever since their acquisition, Wrexham AFC has marvelously advanced and reached new heights of recognition owing to their outstanding marketing genius and entrepreneurial skills. While they continue building the ladder for the future, the duo may be simultaneously engaging to give its fans an early Christmas present.

Festive advertisements always set the true spirit of holidays early on. It is a reminder of what is to come. Only recently Marks & Spencer released their Christmas advert for their food section and, for all we know, M&S hit the chord this time. Featuring Welcome to Wrexham owners, Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, as the voiceover artists for the animated reindeer mittens, the advertisement has had all the faces lit up. It first aired on Thursday’s episode of This Morning as a part of their six-part advert.

The advertisement consists of animated figures that voice the touches of sarcasm that are best hailed by the Hollywood duo. Filled with cheeky puns and cute caricatures, M&S knows just how to channel the ideals of this humorous duo into a marketing genius. Admittedly, Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney excel in the art of improvisation. And this case is no different.

Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney’s rebranding of Wrexham AFC is aspirational, to say the least. It is nothing but the congruence of sheer curiosity, humor, and wit. As the world is now grasping onto their advertising genius in the M&S commercial, we know that this is not the only case. Before this, the co-owners have teamed up for commercials that concern Wrexham AFC’s sponsorship. One of them was the United Airlines advert, which was followed by a cryptic tweet, “Wrexham United”. As it switched on the buzzers, the duo slyly made a commercial to give the tweet some explanation and we could all guess what it was.

The co-chairpersons also appeared for the STōK cold brew advertising following their sponsorship deal. The advertisement had “hidden camera” footage which was the crux of the ad. It became the official stadium sponsor of Wrexham AFC’s racecourse ground. Post the deal, the sponsorship also explored other partnerships like being the sponsor for their upcoming America Tour. Hence, it is completely understandable that fans and M&S are nothing less than stoked since the advertisement.
