Will Smith’s Westbrook Media and Reynolds’ Maximum Effort production houses collaborated to create Ryan Doesn’t Know on Snapchat’s Snap Originals. The series, as the name suggests, was about the Green Lantern actor trying out new skills. But the 12-episode Snapchat-based series does not seem to be making a return anytime soon. The Adam Project actor has not come up with any updates about the show since it first aired in 2021. Moreover, with the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strikes, even his other projects, like Deadpool 3 with Hugh Jackman, are at a standstill.

Two of the funniest celebrities online, the Gen-Z dad Smith and the master of many Reynolds, joined hands to create a fun series for the fans. With the Free Guy actor starring in the series, the show was an adventurous process of discovering things he did not know. Coupled with comedic relief, it proved to be a learning arc for the show’s viewers too.

While his trademark persona oozed throughout the series, the show also painted a picture of what an amazing father he is to his children.
