Kim Kardashian has frequently talked about the hardships of co-parenting with her ex-husband, Kanye West. Despite the troubles, Kardashian wants the children’s father to be a part of their lives. Therefore, she cheers her children to feel happy about Ye and his achievements. She even allows them to hang out with Ye as well. Although the ex-pair had various disagreements about parenting approaches, the SKIMS founder conceded that Kanye was right about one major element of parenting in partnership.

The 9-year-old daughter of the now ex-couple is fond of making TikTok videos with her mother. While the Hulu personality supervises the videos North makes, there was one video that she took down as soon as North posted. In her interview with Time, Kardashian talked about her children being a part of the family’s influence empire. She reflected on herself and admitted her errors. She addressed North’s (now deleted) Ice Spice video and mentioned that the lyrics of the song were inappropriate for a 9-year-old to rap. Therefore, as soon as Kim saw the TikTok, she took the video down. 

The Chicago rapper has always been against letting children use any social media platforms. Subsequently, Ye promised to not allow their children to be manipulated by TikTok or any other platform. But Kardashian fought for the children’s creative expression. After considering the disagreement, Kim acknowledged that Ye was indeed correct in their perspective. However, she also clearly defended North posting the video in the first place. Without Kardashian in town, North asked if she could make a video to post.

However, she did not know about the inappropriate lyrics. Nevertheless, after taking the video down from their joint TikTok account, Kim learned from her mistake. Well, the 42-year-old mother understands Ye only wants the best for the children. Therefore, she also tries to support her children as much as she can.
