The world of Tinseltown is not new to the sardonic wit of Ryan Reynolds. From photoshopping Travis Kelce’s face onto Taylor Swift to throwing humorous jibes at his wife, Blake Lively, the actor has always shown his real self to the world. While the world is already aware of the couple’s dominance in sports and fashion, they should also be aware that Reynolds and Lively are also avid real estate investors, as evidenced by the number of homes they own.

While the Deadpool actor’s real estate portfolio is extensive, where the actor is presently residing has sparked the audience’s interest.

While the world knows the actor’s penchant for sarcasm, his private life is normally kept out of the public eye. However, he is currently residing in the UK, as he is the co-owner of the Welsh football team, Wrexham AFC. According to online sources, the actor has purchased an outstanding home in the village of Milford, North Wales, with only two pubs, one co-op, and a population of approximately 2,500 people. Given the actor’s lifelong desire for solitude, this could be a persuasive reason to relocate.

The spectacular house is claimed to be the “poshest on the road” and one of Malford’s most expensive houses. The total cost of the property is roughly around £479,600, and it is located around five miles north of Wrexham’s racecourse grounds. Furthermore, the actor and his family will have a fantastic spot to stay in the village while attending Red Dragons football matches. This residence also suggests that the actor may spend more time in the country than normal during his travels.

The Malford property serves as the actor’s residence during his visits to the UK. On the other hand, the actor owns several other real estate properties.

The couple’s combined net worth exceeds $380 million. This further adds to their enthusiasm for luxury architecture. But the Deadpool actor’s passion for real estate began even before he and Lively began dating in 2011 when he was still married to Scarlett Johansson. The former couple paid $2.9 million for the Los Feliz property known as the Wong House in 2010. Built by architects Conrad Buff and Donald Hensman, the mid-century modern building included three bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed across 2,835 square feet.

The house also had glass walls that provided an expansive view of Los Angeles and the ocean. Further, Reynolds also added various other things while living there, such as solar upgrades and other technologically advanced features. However, following their divorce in 2011, the former couple listed the residence for $3.65 million. Before his marriage to Johansson, the Deadpool actor also held a $1.7 million bachelor’s house in Los Angeles’ Outpost Estates.

While his marriage to Scarlett Johansson did not stand the test of time, the actor wasted no time in establishing a new life with Blake Lively.

Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively’s first home together

The couple wasted little time in establishing a new life together, and after only six months of dating, they purchased a mansion near Bedford, New York, for more than $2 million. Not only that, but that area of town was also home to several high-profile celebrities, including Michael Douglas, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Ralph Lauren, Martha Stewart, and Bruce Willis. According to a source close to the couple, their home is a “traditional kind of house for people who work in Hollywood.” And they were not interested in a house that was more trendy or modern.

The couple’s current residence in the US

The actor and his wife are luxury real estate collectors, but nothing compares in terms of monetary value to their current residence. They sold their Bedford house in 2013 for $2.4 million to purchase a larger home. Their next property is the one that serves as the primary residence today, located in New York’s peaceful Pound Ridge neighborhood and valued at $5.7 million. The home sits on 11 acres and includes seven bedrooms and six bathrooms spread across 9,000 square feet. It also has an outdoor barn and a rustic guest cottage with wood-paneled walls.

The couple also bought a loft at 443 Greenwich Street in New York’s Tribeca area. Originally a 19th-century bookbindery factory, the building was extensively restored in 2014 to include 53 condos, 45 loft-style residences, and eight penthouses. The two- to four-bedroom lift spans in size from 2,000 to 4,300 square feet, while the penthouse can span up to 9,000 square feet. It also has a 5,000-square-foot roof deck, a big courtyard at the heart of the facility, and is lushly verdant and plant-filled.

Given their highly secretive personal lives, little information on the power couple’s specific unit is available on the internet. Anyone who follows Blake Lively knows that the actress has released countless photos of herself in exquisite style, including her loft. These photos also showed the interiors of the house, which included arched windows, exposed masonry, and wood beams. Furthermore, each unit includes a customized kitchen with wood and glass cabinetry, Calacatta marble countertops, and high-end appliances.
