He may have a net worth of $450 million, but he is still the king of humility with his social work and fan interactions. But that doesn’t mean he didn’t invest his hard-earned money into things he loves.

Given the years he has consistently given us box-off hit movies and before that impressive bodybuilding competition, it is not surprising that Arnold Schwarzenegger has an estimated net worth of $450 million. What is also not surprising is that one of the most expensive assets of this family-centric actor is his home. His current residence is located in Los Angeles’ Brentwood neighborhood, where he previously filled a pothole. The 1,347 sq metres property houses his beloved pets a donkey called Lulu and a miniature horse named Whisky and a private tennis court.

Notably, Schwarzenegger bought the house with his former wife and journalist, Maria Shriver, in 2002. But this is not the only property the ex-couple bought together. Soon after their wedding in 1986, the two of them bought and moved into their 930 sq meters house in LA’s Pacific Palisades. The bodybuilding legend lived in that house until he sold the property in 2013 for $12.9 million. Aside from these two properties, Schwarzenegger also invested in a holiday home in Sun Valley near Ketchum, Idaho. Also in his possession is the other expensive asset of his: Cars.

Schwarzenegger has a rich car collection, and the hallmark of it is the military-style Hummer H1 and a fully functional 1951 M-47 Patton tank. But his collection consists of other vehicles as well. According to Lifestyle, he owns Asia, Porsche Turbo, a Bentley Continental GT Supersports Convertible, Kreisel Electric G500, Dodge Challenger SRT8, and Mercedes-Benz Unimog.

Despite all these cars, Schwarzenegger is old school and uses his bike a lot.

What does the Austrian Oak use his bike for?

The simple answer? To say fit. At 75, Schwarzenegger has obvious physical limitations even though he stays dedicated to his workouts and routines. One way he now ensures his fitness is by cycling regularly. But he genuinely seems to enjoy cycling outside workouts as well. On numerous occasions, he has been spotted cycling around the city, the most recent one being in Venice in February.

In fact, he has a ritual associated with cycling each time he visits a new place. “I always do a bike ride right when I land in a new country,” wrote Schwarzenegger in the caption of a reel showing the giant FUBAR poster in Vienna that he shared last month. In many reels and posts that followed and preceded, the actor can be seen on his bicycle—A true testament to his love for bikes.
