The legendary superstar has turned 75 but he never left his passion behind and continues to inspire others too. Most recently The Terminator alum shared some essential workout tips with people around the globe working on their health and body.
In the latest edition of The Daily Pump Newsletter, Arnold Schwarzenegger talked about the workout of the week which includes cluster sets. The actor suggested whenever the time is less the best method to do a workout is by doubling the amount of work you regularly do. While keeping the recovery period between different exercises would keep the body intact.

He continued that moving forward with the week’s workout people can start using cluster sets that will make them stronger. The Commando star explained that cluster sets are just like supersets, but they are more effective. “This technique allows you to use a heavier weight than you normally would because of how you’re staging the reps and sets,” said Schwarzenegger. Therefore, this is the way athletes and fitness lovers can get a pumped-up chest like the former California governor.
As for pre-workout meals, many might remember that the Austrian native recommends about 200-300 milligrams of caffeine to boost training. However, people who are thinking about hitting the gym should note down his workout advice for beginners.

At the beginning of February, the True Lies star laid out five fitness tips in his weekly newsletter, The Pump Daily.
In his newsletter, the actor wrote that the first and foremost step is taking small steps towards fitness, as it is the best way to constant growth.
After that comes setting goals that will encourage you in weak moments because everyone wants to give up at some point.
Third in line comes keeping an eye on your progress and marking workouts so you can get better with time.
