The Holocaust Museum LA To Grace the 7-Time Mr. Olympia Winner, Arnold Schwarzenegger, With a Prestigious Award
Arnold Schwarzenegger is not only a former bodybuilder who has won the Mr. Olympia title 7 times. The Austrian Oak is much more than that. The 75-year-old actor has proved himself as a philanthropist along with a stunning political leader. For his efforts to remove hatred of society, the former bodybuilder will be graced with a prestigious award by the Holocaust Museum LA.
Coming from a strict background, the actor is a son of an officer named Gustav Schwarzenegger. Although coming from a strict Catholic family, the 75-year-old actor has had different opinions about the diversity in society. The Holocaust Museum LA has recognized him for his long-standing commitment to fighting antisemitism and bigotry. The museum will honor him with the Award of Courage on the 6th of November.

The Terminator actor has been making efforts to bring people together in order to make a more tolerant society amidst the rising antisemitism. The USC Schwarzenegger Institute recently organized a special event where the Austrian actor brought together several partners, including the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy, the USC Shoah Foundation’s Institute for Visual History and Education, and the USC Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism.
Before this special event, Terminating Hate: Breaking the Cycle of Extremism, the True Lies star also visited Auschwitz in 2022. Being vocal about his experience, the FUBAR actor talked about the horrific details of the Holocaust. By doing so, he wanted to spread peace and tolerance. For his efforts, the action star received praise from the museum’s CEO Beth Kean.

Praising Schwarzenegger’s efforts, Kean revealed the first Award of Courage stood for the lessons of the horrific event.
