Celebrities find unique ways to be a part of something. Irish mixed martial artist Conor McGregor has found one too. The 34-year-old took to Twitter to announce his Irish brew being served at Wrexham pre-game session. He owns Forged Irish Stout, which will be served at the Turf Hotel. But what comes as a generous step is that all the profits from the sale will go to Your Space charity. How is that connected to Reynolds? Well, Wrexham striker Paul Mullin, who recently announced his book, is part of the charity founded for autistic people.
“Drop by and show love if you are in town,” he sent out a message to the masses. Wayne Jones, the owner of Turf Hotel, also hopped on to Twitter to promote this collaboration. He revealed how the money will go to charity and that the alcohol will be served through a mobile truck.
Meanwhile, Reynolds will be in high anticipation as Wrexham faces Yeovil Town. This win will promote them to the second league, marking a big step.
