The Deadpool 3 shooting continues to raise the excitement quotient among fans with each passing day. Ryan Reynolds greeted us in his Deadpool costume that was met with an array of pleased reactions. However, it was when pictures of Hugh Jackman dressed up in his yellow body suit mirroring the comic attire of Wolverine that fans went into a frenzy. And further buttering this excitement, the Merc with a mouth shared a snap from the sets of the clawed-mutant Wolverine. However, it was not Hugh Jackman.

Ryan Reynolds amped the comic-accurate narrative that has taken over fan reactions to Deadpool 3, as he shared a picture of an original Wolverine action figure. But much like anything acquainted with the actor, it was his self-curated caption that stole the show. “Comic accurate short kind, the 46-year-old wrote on his new yet bustling with savvy Threads account.

The actor’s remark about Wolverine being a “comic accurate short king” goes beyond the jest of a one-dimensional joke. In the Marvel comics, Wolverine stands at 5’3. That is more than a couple of inches off from Hugh Jackman’s 6 feet 3 inches real height. Barring the height, however, Jackman plays Wolverine down to the last morsel. Therefore, the comments did not see any Hugh Jackman slander and mostly consisted of jokes about the Wolverine actor looking a tad bit shrunken. One comic fan took this as a chance to flex his knowledge as he said, “Hugh Jackman just took a shot of PYM particles“.
