Earlier today, Shawn Levy retweeted a post from an X (previously Twitter) user that showed a young man named Seb sitting on a chair marked Wade Wilson grinning away in joy. The fan who had recently received open-heart surgery had gotten to live out his “dream” of catching some behind-the-scenes action at the sets. Well, Shawn Levy captioned his post relaying how he had loved to have hosted him there as a “guest of honor”.

It seems like the team behind Deadpool 3 is out on a mission to spread cheers among fans who are going through some tough times. Earlier this week, Hugh Jackman had similarly made another sick fan’s day by devoting a message to him. The heart-touching gesture had won the hearts of netizens worldwide, as Levy’s with Seb did today. Despite their busy schedule, the team’s dedication to uplift these youngsters is commendable. 

Meanwhile, the movie is looking to be a source of upliftment for its eager fans too.

Initially, many fans wondered if it would make it to theaters by the deadline proposed by the studios.
