Ryan vs Ryan! When ‘The Adam Project’ Star, Walker Scobell Teased Ryan Reynolds Giving Him a Tough Competition
It is really tough to find someone who is just like you. However, when you do find that person, it might give you tough competition in terms of being your authentic self. Well, the little boy, Walker Scobell, who played the young Reynolds in the film, made us think about it.
When the Netflix film, The Adam Project, hit the streaming giant in 2022, the actors appeared in several interviews promoting their sci-fi film. During one of their interviews with Today, both the film stars talked about how much they enjoyed working on the film. However, until the arrival of Scobell, the world thought there was only one Ryan Reynolds. He soon proved the world wrong when he started answering questions about the Canadian actor.

The Deadpool actor is famous for his sense of humor. When the interviewers asked Scobell if Reynolds made him laugh on the sets, he immediately said, “I don’t think I’ve ever laughed at any of jokes.” Not only that, when the interviewers asked him if working with the Vancouver-born actor intimidated him, he gave the funniest answer.
Scobell denied it and added, “He was a lot taller than I thought he’d be.” Watching these two The Adam Project stars together made us think the kid is giving tough competition to Reynolds. In February 2023, the film completed a year of its release. Reynolds celebrated the anniversary with his buddy and the director of the film, Shawn Levy.

During this interview, the interviewers asked Scobell if he had watched Deadpool films. Again, keeping his sense of humor going, he revealed he had not. However, after a while of teasing, Scobell admitted he had watched the Deadpool films more than a hundred times.
As surprising as it sounds, the 46-year-old actor revealed in the interview that Scobell could recite the dialogues and situations so accurately. Even the interviewers could not stop gushing over the fact that these two were extremely similar.
