Recently, Ryan Reynolds has been the center of attention as he broke into the F1 world. While he might not be a racer, the star did invest in Alpine’s team and got a chance to meet the racers. Among them was Esteban Ocon who received a custom Deadpool helmet from the star. Now, just hours after the racer showed off his gift online, the superhero star took to his social media to continue the love.

While his gift already garnered attention, Ryan Reynolds added to it by posting the 27-year-old to a well-known song that has been associated with Deadpool since it came out.

Ryan Reynolds gives Esteban Ocon another Deadpool gift

Ryan Reynolds shared on his Instagram story an epic shot of Esteban Ocon in his Formula One car. While the shot was truly captivating, it was his song choice that garnered more attention. In the background, social media users could hear a song from one of the Deadpool films. The song was DMX’s ‘X Gon Give It To Ya’. While it already seemed like a crossover between the world of Hollywood and high-speed racing, his story did not help.

Earlier this week, the two had met months after Ryan Reynolds’ investment in the team. While they definitely seemed to hit it off, no one seemed to realize just how well it had gone. For days, the two men have gone back and forth sharing posts and tagging each other. With the Las Vegas Grand Prix right around the corner, it seems as though the star is making sure that his investment pays off.

However, his social posts are also hyping the world up for the next adventure as the Merc with a Mouth. Thankfully, the film has finally got a release date.

Ryan Reynold’s Deadpool 3 now has a release date as shooting set to resume this week

Earlier this year, the world got pictures of Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman on set. While they were all geared up with their comic-accurate costumes, the film was put on hold due to the SAG-AFTRA strike. However, with the strike finally reaching an agreement with studios, fans got the best news of all: The date for Shawn Levy’s Deadpool 3. 

With the leading actor announcing the release date, July 26, on social media, the hype for the film is at an all-time high. In fact, Hugh Jackman just added to it with another post on social media. Then there is the latest report about the filming beginning on Tuesday this week. While there is still quite a wait ahead until the film comes out, no one seems to be fazed anymore as the date and the filming resumption has been secured.
