Ryan Reynolds has dipped his toes in various business ventures, and Mint Mobile is one of his many investments. In 2019, Reynolds snagged a 20-25% ownership slice of Mint, adding it to his diverse investment portfolio. Shortly after, he became the face of the brand. However, in March, the telecom giant T-Mobile swiped Mint for a whopping $1.35 billion, giving Reynolds’ already impressive $350 million net worth a considerable boost. 

Despite the change in ownership, Reynolds is still the man in charge, appearing in advertisements regularly. Recently, he rolled out another advertisement, treating Mint Mobile users to a thrilling surprise!

As the holiday season slips away like sand through fingers, Ryan Reynolds featured a Santa Claus lookalike for Mint Mobile’s latest advertisement. The campaign proudly announced that all Mint plans are up for grabs at just $15 monthly, including the unlimited plan. Reynolds then switched into his foul-mouthed self and asked Greg, the Santa replica, to do his thing. In response, Greg burst out with a hearty dose of “Ho! Ho! Ho!” Ryan Reynolds also shared the post on his story.

Gliding into the Christmas season, the actor lit up the festive period with his latest Mint Mobile ad. While he may no longer have a stake in the company, that has not hindered him from lending a hand whenever possible. Taking to Instagram, The Adam Project star gifted his fans a fresh offer from Mint Mobile. Reynolds stated the offer that users could pay for 3 months, while he was standing in a snow-covered mountain, only to pull the rug out from under fans and reveal he was standing against a vibrant green screen. 

His knack for producing entertaining advertisements is so profound that he even co-founded his own ad agency, Maximum Effort Productions. Just three days ago, he used his story to broadcast the “Buy 3 get 3” campaign of the brand as well. Despite the data breaches plaguing the company, Ryan Reynolds stood unshaken in his support for Mint Mobile.
