Ryan Reynolds’ ‘Deadpool 3’ to Bring Back This WandaVision Actor Back to MCU? Here’s Everything to You Need to Know
Post Disney’s acquisition of Fox, fans have been eagerly waiting to see the X-Men and MCU characters in the same continuity. The return of Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine in the upcoming Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool 3 has further added fuel to the fire. Judging by the hype MCU never fails to create, Deadpool 3 is going to be the biggest game-changer among recent releases, bringing back many beloved characters on screen.
Professor X’s appearance, Kamala Khan’s genetic mutation, and the survival of Maximoff twins, all hint at the existence of mutants in the universe. Given the circumstances, there’s a chance for bringing back another neglected X-Men character in Deadpool 3.

The underrated character of Evan Peters failed to create an impact in his previous appearances in the X-Men movies. Although fans saw him appearing on the highly accredited screens of X-Men: Days of Future Past, X-Men: Apocalypse, and X-Men: Dark Phoenix, due to limited screen time and a relatively shallow character arc, other X-Men bigshots like Wolverine and Charles Xavier overshadowed the superhero. After the confirmation of Jackman’s return as Wolverine, there’s enough room to reintroduce Quicksilver to MCU as per Screenrant, but with a twist.
Peters already played a different version of Quicksilver in Marvel’s WandaVision, which earned a major critical success. He played the Westview resident Ralph Bohner, who impersonated Wanda’s twin Pietro to understand how she created the Hex. Now, reintroducing the character and making them coexist in the same universe will make it perplexing for Marvel fans. Or if it was just another multiversal fiasco that will unravel in the movie is something fans need to wait for.
Quicksilver’s entry, however, will be a great addition to the MCU after he was killed too quickly in the Avengers: Age of Ultron and was played by Aaron Taylor Johnson and not Peters.

The Marvel superhero appeared for the first time in Uncanny X-Men #4. He is the only character along with Wanda to have a link to both X-Men and Avengers. Initially, it seemed like both the twins, Pietro and Wanda, got their powers from Hydra’s experiment, but WandaVision’s flashbacks hinted at the possibility of one of them being a mutant.
Quicksilver is a very powerful superhero who can be a pawn to introduce other mutant characters. He is popular for his ability to run at the speed of sound and can even dodge machine-gun fire. Fans can’t wait to see this highly brushed-aside character get his deserved recognition and also hoping he does not die soon this time.
