Ryan Reynolds’ ‘Deadpool 3’ Could Follow ‘Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse’ for This Major Plot Point
Deadpool 3 got a major update about hitting the theaters earlier than decided. However, the plot of the film is still under wraps. But Ryan Reynolds and the team sure know how to hype the fandom. With a little hint at the plot detail, the Merc with the Mouth adds more excitement. Being a Marvel Cinematic Universe film, the latest update about Deadpool 3 might follow the path of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.
With the beginning of production, the upcoming R-rated film will reunite Wolverine and Deadpool once again. However, as reported by CanWeGetSomeToast on their Twitter handle, there is more to it. Apparently, there might be more than one Merc with the Mouth in the film. This means, just like Spider-Man’s multiverse, the viewers will get to see multiple realities of the existence of Deadpool.

This is not the only thing that is exciting because there is more. If you remember Rob Liefeld’s words, he admitted Deadpool 3 would have “face-melting” cameos. However, he did not reveal many details. But according to the source, there will be more than one Wolverine as well. Meaning, Hugh Jackman will not be the only Wolverine we will see in Deadpool 3. Although there are no official comments on who is going to be these characters or if these rumors are true.
But previously, fans teased the idea of having the Time Variance Authority (TVA) in the upcoming Deadpool film. If one can connect the dots, almost all these pieces of information make sense with the inclusion of TVA.
Can Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool 3 really have TVA?
Way before more details were revealed about the threequel of Deadpool, the fandom teased having this organization in the film. Time Variance Authority is an organization dedicated to eliminating temporal anomalies. Marvel Studios’ 2021 Disney+ series Loki first introduced the TVA to the MCU. Now, because after two Deadpool movies, the third and the last installment is a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, there is a high chance of including TVA in the movie.

Moreover, there are talks about having an unknown villain from the Marvel Universe in the flick as well. So, if that’s going to happen in Deadpool 3, Reynolds might not leave a chance to make the movie a lot more interesting than it already is. While still keeping the film R-rated, the Marvel Studios executives are thrilled to have the film on their slate.
