From Selena Gomez and Tom Holland to Leonardo DiCaprio, the LAFC’s home ground was filled with known faces. Apart from Hollywood A-listers, the royal, Prince Harry, was also present at the game.

McElhenney’s relationship with the Prince seems to be unaffected even after the actor’s rapport with King Charles. Glenn Howerton, co-star of the 46-year-old from It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia, posted a picture featuring the royal on Monday. He captioned the post saying “Great seeing Harry and some of my favorite club owners Bill and Bob last night at @lafc v. @intermiamicf”. Further addressing the Messi fever that pulled half of Hollywood to the match, Howerton went on to say “Seeing @leomessi play live: wow.

The post also had a picture of Will Ferrell with the BlackBerry star, who spent a delightful time with the Prince at the game. Many pictures of Ferrel and the 38-year-old prince have been circulating on the Internet post the soccer game. The Twitter page of Major League Soccer posted a video in which the Emmy Award-winning actor shook hands. Being an avid fan of soccer, Harry definitely had a lot to talk about with the Wrexham co-owner. However, the Royal’s love for soccer is not only limited to Prince Harry.

The Netflix docuseries, Harry & Meghan, deepened the tension between the couple and the Royal family. In the documentary, the royal couple spoke about their discomfort with the royal family post-marriage. This created a lot of buzz not only among the fans but also shook the British monarch to the core. When King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla visited the Wrexham Owners, the media asked the owners if they would bring up the topic of the controversial documentary.

Both Ryan Reynolds and the other co-owner had a funny response to it. While the Deadpool actor said “I have not seen it”, his partner went on to say “I’ve never heard of it”. However, both the actors paid great focus to their etiquette and even took etiquette lessons to greet the royals. Further, in an attempt to wash their hands of the entire situation, they said, “We are not steeped in the culture as one would be growing up in the UK.”
