“It has come up…” – Patrick Stewart Sheds Lights on His ‘Deadpool 3’ Appearance and Struggles in a Candid Talk With Josh Horowitz
Over the years, Sir Patrick Stewart has been remembered for his role as Charles Xavier in the X-Men franchise. He may have acted in various other films and franchises, but his portrayal of Professor X was like no other. While the actor had said goodbye to the role back in 2017 after co-starring alongside Hugh Jackman in Logan, it looks like a Wolverine comeback might not be the only one fans get this year.
Although there have been rumors that more familiar faces could star in Ryan Reynolds‘ upcoming Deadpool 3, the 83-year-old recently shed some light on whether fans will get to see him in the Marvel movie.

In a recent episode of Josh Horowitz’s show, Happy Sad Confused, Sir Patrick Stewart sat down to talk about his previous roles in Star Trek, X-Men, and more. During the conversation, the host ended up asking the actor whether his friend and former co-star, Hugh Jackman, had reached out to him about being a part of Deadpool 3. After laughing at the host’s question, he answered with: “It has come up.”
“There has been a process,” he continued before subtly changing the topic of conversation to the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strike. While that might not have given fans the confirmation they were hoping for, Stewart neither confirmed nor denied whether he would be making an appearance in the Ryan Reynolds starrer. Apart from the 83-year-old, many other famous stars have been linked to the film.
However, none of them have chosen to reveal whether they are in it or not. While fans are not happy about it, it looks like the stars are sticking with Reynolds’ plans to surprise his fans.

While fans had previously seen Brad Pitt as the Vanisher, they expected more stars to be a part of it this time. From Taylor Swift to Jennifer Garner and even Walker Scobell, fans have made their guesses about who will be in the movie.
However, Ryan Reynolds took matters into his own hands back in November of last year. While the world was going into a frenzy over the possibility of Swift being The Dazzler, the actor broke his silence and told his fans that all the surprises would be revealed when the film releases on July 26, 2024.
