However, with shooting for the film all wrapped up, one-half of the duo decided to take a small break. In a twist of fate, Jackman found himself at the world premiere of the Matthew Vaughn spy thriller, Argylle.

While no one had expected him to make an appearance, the actor not only showed up but also went on a posting spree after meeting up with the cast and crew of the film. However, there was one superstar who was missing from all the pictures.

Hugh Jackman misses an Argylle cast member

Less than an hour ago, Hugh Jackman decided to share pictures on his Instagram stories from last night’s Argylle premiere. While tabloids had already broken the news of the actor being at the event, he decided to give his following a peek behind the scenes. In a story posting spree, the 55-year-old added pictures of him with the film’s director, Matthew Vaughn, and other members of the cast. However, he had left out the film’s lead actor, Henry Cavill.

The rest of his snaps showed Jackman talking to Dua Lipa, John Cena, and even the incredible Bryan Cranston. With the Wolverine star missing out on the leading man of the film, fans could not help but wonder if there might be a feud between them. However, that is not the case. While both the actors hover around in similar circles, they do not seem to have a friendship.

However, it is more likely that the 55-year-old actor had just forgotten to grab a picture with Cavill. On the professional front, Hugh Jackman just wrapped up filming for Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool 3.

Deadpool 3 filming finally came to a close

Just yesterday, Ryan Reynolds revealed that he and Hugh Jackman have wrapped up filming for Deadpool 3. After months of waiting, various production concerns, and even some leaked spoilers, the film was finally moving into its next stage. While the father of four had thanked the cast and crew with a heartfelt post, his 55-year-old co-star seemed to have other plans.

With Jackman making a surprising appearance at the Argylle premiere after filming, his exhaustion and high-running emotions may have caused his recent Henry Cavill snub. However, fans might not be getting an answer to that question any time soon.
