During Wrexham’s latest fixture against National League rivals, Grimsby Town, at the Racecourse, the Canadian actor made his first appearance in the second division. Unsurprisingly, the players and the fans were delighted to see Reynolds in the audience after so long. As Wrexham bagged another win, fans stormed Twitter, now X, expressing their excitement after seeing the Free Guy star.

His recent appearance at the Racecourse ground on Saturday was no exception. Wrexham’s match against Grimsby Town was the first, second-division match the actor attended. Unsurprisingly, the fans could hold their excitement back on seeing the actor on-field after so long.

Shortly after Reynolds shared images from his first visit this season to Wrexham, fans flooded Twitter as they welcomed the actor home. Meanwhile, a handful few fans praised Wrexham for their incredible performance. Hilariously, a user seemed to be in shock as he wrote, “Never knew you were such a big soccer fan.“
