Don Saladino has been a celebrity trainer for a long time now. Therefore, he knows what he is doing for his clients. He has been in a gym relationship with Ryan Reynolds for the past 14 years. Ahead of the release of his Deadpool 3, Saladino spills the beans about the Canadian actor’s attitude when it comes to his training.
Portraying the Merc with the Mouth after 5 years must have made the actor excited. However, to be able to do it accurately, he must be physically fit as well. Therefore, he had been training hard to fit into his Deadpool suit. As per GQ, Don Saladino revealed the real attitude of the actor showcases when he comes to train for his Deadpool 3.

Ryan Reynolds’ Wrexham AFC buddies do not get tired of praising him for his jolly and approachable nature. However, is it the same with his trainer? Well, as Saladino revealed, the 46-year-old actor would always take it seriously when he would invest his time in something. Therefore, when he would come to the gym, he would do nothing but train. As time is money for the Vancouver-born, he would not waste any second of it.
As far as his easygoing nature is concerned, Saladino admitted, “He’s not a complainer.” Although there were certainly some movements Reynolds had to work on. But he would sit with Saladino, discuss their workout routine, and get straight to it. Apart from training, Saladino and Reynolds are like family.
After being together for 14 years, there is a certain level of comfort zone between the two. Therefore, his trainer knows what exactly would make Reynolds slip easily into his Deadpool suit.

The father of four will wear his iconic red and black suit after 5 years. As Saladino himself admitted, his suit was extremely tight. Therefore, to fit into his suit easily, they would have to monitor closely Reynolds’ exercise routine.

As the actor would perform most of his stunts himself, he would need the flexibility to move around in his tight suit. So, Saladino also worked on Reynolds’ movements and joints’ flexibility.
