Before the release of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Entertainment Weekly interviewed Henry Cavill, and Ben Affleck in 2016. During the conversation, the interviewer asked the actors about their conversations when they had free time between shots. In his response, the Immortals star revealed they mostly talk about, “Like, “Do you need to pee?” “Yeah, I need to pee.”
He also explained they contemplated whether to go or not and how much time they had before filming resumed. The Enola Holmes star laughed, recalling these moments on the sets because getting into a superhero costume was no simple task. For fans, seeing Cavill and Affleck in their iconic costumes would be a visual treat, but for the actors, it was indeed the opposite.
Unfortunately, fans will never get to see these moments between these two anymore because Cavill has hung his Superman cape. However, will Ben Affleck’s Batman be a part of James Gunn’s DC universe or not?

Ben Affleck gave a brief appearance in the DC film The Flash released in June this year. The actor came donning his Batman costume to warn Barry about the ramifications of messing with time and left in his car. Barry expected Batfleck to return when he altered the timeline at the end of the movie. Instead, he bumped into George Clooney’s version of Bruce Wayne. So the Oscar winner seems to be done with his role.
Not only that, Affleck, who has given some remarkable projects in recent years, denied directing anything from James Gunn and Peter Safran’s new DC. “I just wouldn’t want to go in and direct in the way they’re doing that. I’m not interested in that,” he explained. Meanwhile, as of now, rumors about him starring in Deadpool 3 have been swirling as the actor was spotted walking around the set.
