This includes his official website, IMDb, and even the celebrity height databases. The 6’2 inches tall actor, who effortlessly molds into the persona of a superhero, once could not resist poking fun at the height of Wolverine, set to appear in Deadpool 3.

The leaked Deadpool 3 pictures in the comic-accurate Wolverine suit gave rise to numerous speculations, along with a fair share of criticism for an issue that was beyond the control of the creators. Fans raised an issue with Hugh Jackman’s height in the leaked pictures. They believed that the original Wolverine was supposed to be much shorter. In response to the criticism, Reynolds shared a picture of a tiny Wolverine action figure, seated in one of the director’s chairs on the set of Deadpool 3.

He captioned the post on Instagram Threads saying, “comic-accurate short king”. This post invited a barrage of fan reactions who hilariously reciprocated to Reynolds’ humor. Though Reynolds’ height is not a mystery anymore, the level of comic fidelity in Deadpool 3 and the potential impact of his tall stature on his superhero role will remain a mystery till May 3rd, 2024.
